The court arrested in absentia the SBU officer who filed a case against Vyshinsky. It is noted that the head of the investigative department of the Main Directorate of the Security Service of Ukraine, Prosnyak, was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of two months from the moment of his extradition or detention in Russia.
He is involved in a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 299 of the Criminal Code of Russia (bringing a knowingly innocent person to criminal liability)
