The Council of Europe intends to conclude a contract with specialists who will help “increase the competence’ of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. The initiative will address issues of interpretation of principles in the field of human rights.
The CoE plans to “strengthen the capacity” of the Ukrainian Constitutional Court with regard to the interpretation of standards, doctrines and principles. Earlier, the CoE announced plans to introduce “European standards” into the work of Ukrainian media.
