The Board of Prosecutors of the Supreme Court endorses opening a case against Puigdemont for terrorism. The double report of the TS prosecutor: "draft" on letterhead, "exhaustive study" at the weekend and denial to EL MUNDO confirmed within hours.
The majority of prosecutors have thus supported the reasoned presentation by the head of the Central Court of Instruction Number 6 of the National Court, Manuel García Castellón. Twelve prosecutors compared to three have found terrorism crimes and eleven prosecutors have found evidence against Puigsdemont.
