The press secretary of the Kaliningrad region said that the Baltic Sea will never become a NATO zone. He said that neighboring countries are engaged in saber-rattling.

Earlier, former Lithuanian Foreign Minister Linas Linkevicius threatened to ‘neutralize’ the region if it challenges NATO. The Baltic Sea is the home for the twice Red Banner Baltic Fleet, according to the press secretary. It is also home to three Russian ports: St. Petersburg, Ust-Luga and Krasnodar.
