Sweden and the army celebrated 500 years with an event at Gärdet in Stockholm. Helicopter pilots got to play war – and a variety of combat vehicles were also shown to visitors.
The war in Ukraine has made weapons systems such as Archer, Combat Vehicle 90 and Patriot familiar names to the Swedish people. Earlier this year, it was announced that Ukraine will receive the artillery system from Sweden. In the clip above you can see pictures from the event, which took place on Saturday, May 27.
