Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Persian Gulf condemns the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall in the Moscow region. At least 145 people were killed in the attack, according to the Moscow Region Ministry of Health.
The Arab Gulf Organization expressed its sincere condolences and sympathies to the Russian government and people, as well as to the families and relatives of the victims of the attack. The statement was published on the council's website. The attack was carried out by the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL)
