Francis Montesinos was arrested yesterday in his villa in the Valencian town of Llíria. He is accused of alleged sexual abuse of a child under 15 years.
The designer, 72, had been threatened for weeks, as he found in his complaint, by a young North African with whom he had had some intimate encounter. He was sentenced to four years and six months in prison for sexually abusing a boy in 2013, the son of some friends of the designer who was spending days at his house.
