[HIGHLIGHTS] Tenants on demands for further rent increases: "Catastrophic"

Several large housing companies in Malmö have demanded a second rent increase for this year. The requirement comes from the housing companies Heimstaden, Willhem, Trianon, Rosengårds fastigheter, Victoriahem and Kanslihuset and applies to almost 15,000 apartments.

SVT Nyheter Skåne has talked to several tenants who are critical of the decision. "It's a disaster to raise rents again," says Johanna Printz.
