Tajikistan did not receive information from Russia about citizens suspected of terrorist attacks. Many false stories are being spread online about terrorists who carried out shootings in the Moscow region.

“We ask Russian journalists to refrain from disseminating unverified and unreliable information about the perpetrators of the terrorist attack,” said Shokhin Samadi, head of the Foreign Ministry’s information department. The heads of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Investigative Committee and the National Guard reported to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the progress of the investigation.
