It is clarified that we are talking about a native of Yaroslavl, who, on instructions from the Ukrainian special services, was supposed to commit a terror attack. Earlier it was reported that an emergency alert regime was introduced in Lobneya. Later, the acting head of the city, Anna Krotova, stated that the evacuation of residents due to information about a car bomb was completed.
