Drafting of the Procuratorate Public Interest Litigation Law (Proposed Draft) has been completed. In 2024, public interest litigation procuratorial work will focus on promoting the implementation of the "Four Ones" work, that is, one piece of legislation, one opinion, one special project, and one series.
The "Legislative Plan of the Standing Committee of the 14th National People's Congress" announced in September 2023 will include the Law as a first-class project.
