Strengthen and improve the work of the CPPCC and comprehensively develop consultative democracy. All democratic parties and persons without party affiliation must take adhering to the political development path of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
The Federation of Industry and Commerce must strengthen ideological and political construction and duty performance capabilities. There is no right to democratic decision-making, democratic management, and democratic supervision. Socialist democracy requires not only complete institutional procedures, but also complete participatory practices.
