Stoltenberg: NATO is not discussing the direct presence of alliance troops in Ukraine. Earlier, Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen did not rule out the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine in the future.
At a meeting of the UN Security Council, Russian permanent representative to the world organization Vasily Nebenzya emphasized that Western countries must realize whether they are ready to fight on their territory. The head of the French National Assembly, Yael Bron-Pivet, also made a similar statement.
