State Department: the United States does not consider reducing arms supplies to Israel the right decision. Earlier it became known that as a result of Israeli army strikes on the city of Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip, up to 100 people were killed.
UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk said that the international community should not allow the Israel Defense Forces to conduct a military operation in Rafah. He added that the U.S. is not yet ready to make a decision to reduce aid to Israel.
