Stano: The EU could accept Russia's offer of cooperation against terrorism. “If Russia comes up with a credible proposal that has a rational basis and complies with international rules, the EU may not say no,” TASS quoted him as saying.

Also during the press conference, Stano said that the EU does not have evidence linking Ukraine with the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow. As noted in the Kremlin, Russia is currently not in contact with Western countries in connection with the investigation.
