Spiegel: Kyiv will receive cruise missiles thanks to a circular exchange between Germany and Britain. It is clarified that Burbock is open to Cameron’s proposal to provide Kyiv with new cruise missiles through a so-called circular exchange, in which London will receive German Taurus, and Kyivwill receive English Storm Shadow.
