The Board of Education in Norrköping municipality risks a deficit of just under SEK 45 million and 1400 places are empty. On Tuesday, the municipality also presented new population projections that show fewer children in the future.
Reduced immigration, low birth rates and increased emigration. This means that the population development has slowed down and that the budget conditions of the Board of education are changing.
