Social leasing: Jean-Marc Zulesi wishes to “massify this system” by doubling the objectives for next year. Together, they return to the announced end of social leasing for 2024.
The National Assembly has announced it will end social leasing in 2024. It will be replaced by a new system of ‘social ownership’. The new system will be based on a ‘one-to-one’ system of ownership. The current system has been in place since the 1970s. It is based on the principle of “one to one” ownership.
