We are talking about Moscow, Volgograd, Kerch, Murmansk, Novorossiysk, St. Petersburg, Sevastopol, Smolensk, Tula and the cities where the headquarters of military districts, fleets, and combined arms armies are stationed. Earlier, Shoigu congratulated military personnel, volunteers and veterans.
