Shenzhen accelerates the layout of "City in the Sky" and strives to become a national low-altitude economic and industrial comprehensive demonstration zone. In December 2023, Shenzhen City officially applied to relevant national ministries and commissions to create a nationalLowaltitude Economic and Industrial Comprehensive demonstration Zone.

Shenzhen introduced the country's first low- altitude economic legislation at the beginning of 2024. DJI has become the main manufacturing company of consumer-level drone applications, and is one of the top companies in the world.
