Shelves in several grocery stores have been empty. The reason is several operational disruptions in Axfood's huge warehouse in Bålsta, from where 250 stores receive goods.
After weeks of delivery problems, Axfood began filling the store shelves on Wednesday and Thursday. How much the disruptions have cost in lost sales is not yet known. Will the stores affected be compensated financially? "It's a discussion that we have to have, but we'll take it with the stores," says Magnus Törnblom.
