Several rescue teams try to remove a two-year-old boy from a well in southern India. "Rescue operations continue," said Atin Kumar, the police superintendent of the Indi region.
The incident took place this Wednesday in the town of Lachayan, when the minor fell into a narrow open well near his house. After more than fifty hours of rescue operations, the teams found the lifeless body of the minor. The rescue is in the final phase and could take a matter of hours.
