Senator Klimov called for checking the words of Chkalov’s great-granddaughter for treason. Daria Bogdanova, who supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine, called for a nuclear strike on Moscow.
Senator, member of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building Olga Kovitidi, also condemned the calls. The parliamentarian expressed hope that legal conclusions in this situation will follow. She said that there are signs of Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which is called “High Treason”
