First Deputy Chairman of Federation Council Committee on International Affairs Vladimir Dzhabarov said that the Federation Council may consider the law on the denunciation of the Treaty on Conventional Armed Forces in Europe (CFE) on May 24. On May 10, it became known that Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov as an official representative during the consideration of the CFE Treaty.
