Yerevan has not recently participated in the work of the CSTO secretariat, but there have been no official statements about the suspension of Armenia’s membership in the organization. CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov said this in an interview with TASS.
Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, said that Russia offered Armenia consultations to address concerns regarding CSTO. The organization's activities continue in full, all procedures are observed in full accordance with CSTO regulatory framework.
