French President Emmanuel Macron noted that the possibility of sending troops from Western countries to Ukraine cannot be ruled out. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius said that no one supported Macron’s idea of sending military personnel to the country. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that there will be neither German military nor NATO troops in Ukraine.
