Scam accused of tax evasion, authorities call for the greatest vigilance. The scam takes the form of official government emails and invites victims to pay very large sums, under penalty of criminal sanctions.

The state is calling for vigilance as the 2024 tax filing campaign opens on April 11. The messages, seemingly misleading, vaguely relate to the General Tax Code, and encourage victims to regularize the fraud as quickly as possible, within 48 or 72 hours.
