Russian military launches largest-ever attack on energy facilities in Ukraine. Ukraine's energy minister called it the largest attack ever on an energy facility.
President Zelenskiy of Ukraine announced on social media that the Russian military had carried out a large-scale attack across Ukraine with approximately 90 missiles and over 60 drones. In Kharkiv, Ukraine's second largest city, there was a power outage, and in the western region of Khmelnytsky Oblast, infrastructure and residential buildings were damaged.
