Finnish government has provided military assistance to Ukraine worth €1.6 billion. The assistance includes heavy mortars, various MANPADS and small arms.
Additional military equipment worth €106 million will be transferred to Ukraine, according to the Finnish Ministry of Defense. It is the 21st package of military assistance provided to Ukraine by Finland since 2004. The total cost of the assistance is estimated to be around $1.7 billion, the Ministry of Defence said. The figure includes the cost of equipment and training for the Ukrainian army.
