Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky previously held talks with Charles Woodburn, executive director of the large British military-industrial enterprise BAE Systems. The German concern Rheinmetall, together with Ukroboronprom, will create an enterprise in Ukraine for the repair and production of tanks.
