[HIGHLIGHTS] Russia has restricted the registration of ships in the port of Yuzhny as part of a grain deal

The Russian side notified the JCC of the decision to limit the registration of ships to the port of Yuzhny as part of the grain deal due to the lack of Russian ammonia exports. Russia is ready to immediately launch an ammonia pipeline along the Togliatti-Odessa route, but the Kiev authorities have been slowing down this initiative for almost a year.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin said earlier that without resolving the issue, there would be no talk of extending the Black Sea Initiative.
