Russia and Belarus signed an agreement on combat training centers. “Combat training centers are intended for joint training of military personnel of the armed forces of the parties, practical training of combat training tasks (combat duty) and increasing the level of coherence and combat revenue,” the document says.

In November last year, the Russian government approved a protocol amending the agreement with Belarus on jointly ensuring regional security in the military sphere. Earlier, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said that Belarus supported and will continue to support its ally, Russia, in every possible way.
