Russia and Belarus discussed US military-biological activities in Ukraine. Representatives of Russia and Belarus took part in consultations in Moscow.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the use of US chemical weapons by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The two countries also discussed the implementation of the bilateral intergovernmental Memorandum of Understanding on issues of ensuring biological safety, as well as issues of optimizing and increasing the efficiency of implementing the goals and provisions of this document. The talks were held in the Russian capital. The meeting was attended by Russian and Belarusian officials.
