In one building, three balconies collapsed, killing a man who lived in one of the affected apartments. Russian Defense Ministry, for its part, indicated that it had destroyed eleven rockets fired by Vampire rocket launchers coming from Ukraine over the Bel Gorod region, according to the same source. The region has been targeted by numerous drone attacks and strikes blamed by Russia on Ukraine, which have left more than a dozen dead in a week.
