150 people arrested during tributes to opponent Alexeï Navalny were sentenced this weekend by Russian courts to prison sentences. Punishments which can go up to 14 days of incarceration, according to the decisions made public by the courts' press service.

In the northwestern city of St. Petersburg alone, courts on Saturday and Sunday sentenced 154 of them to up to14 days in prison, the court's press service said. The sentences were for having violated the strict legislation governing demonstrations, court data showed.
