Russia claimed that there was an attack by a Ukrainian military drone on the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in southern Ukraine. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) does not say who carried out the attack, but calls for an immediate end to such reckless attacks.
IAEA Director-General Grossi issued a statement saying, ``Such reckless attacks significantly increase the risk of a serious nuclear accident and must be stopped immediately,'' without specifying who carried it out. The roof of Unit 6 and an area adjacent to the cafeteria were attacked, leaving three people injured.
