[HIGHLIGHTS] RT spoke with the uncle of a girl who died in a stroller due to a terrorist attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Belgorod

The Ukrainian army struck Belgorod on the afternoon of February 15. 19 people were recognized as injured, seven more people died, including a child.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, demanded to establish the identities of all persons involved in the terrorist attack. The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has received information about the attack by Ukrainian troops, but is so far ‘unable’ to classify the attack as a war crime. The girl's six-year-old sister was in kindergarten at the time of the shelling; she was not injured.
