A four-year-old boy was attacked by a drunk man in a supermarket in the Kursk region. The attacker did not say anything before the blow, he attacked in silence.
The man had previously been brought to justice for swearing on a train and pestering passengers. The detainee has already told the police that he allegedly confused the child with a mannequin.
