RT DE correspondent Ivan Polyansky visited the basement of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol. The Russian military said that in the basements, the militants' personnel were hiding from the bombing, spending their leisure time, and storing ammunition.

An "electric chair" was found, which the militants used for torture, a soldier of the Russian Armed Forces said. "On this chair, a person was connected to electricity, put a gas mask on him and carried out various kinds of torture," said a soldier.
