RS: Ukraine needs to negotiate with Russia while the country still exists. Experts in comments to the publication pointed out the exhaustion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and warned that Kyiv could exhaust its military resources and become vulnerable to a crushing blow.
“The only and best solution, according to them, is to bring all parties to the negotiating table until Ukraine is completely destroyed,” RIA Novosti quoted the publication as saying. Earlier, Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte said that NATO would inevitably have to negotiations with Russia.
