Rostec asked the court to commute the sentences of those involved in the extortion case. Earlier, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow sentenced the commercial director of journalist Ksenia Sobchak Kirill Sukhanov, the former editor-in-chief of Tatler magazine Arian Romanovsky and journalist Tamerlan Bigaev in the case of extortion.
“They asked to take into account mitigating circumstances, including the apologies made by the defendants,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
