Romanian farmers and road hauliers began to leave camp this Saturday after the announcement of an agreement with their government. The demonstrators are "satisfied" to have obtained a place at the negotiating table, one of their representatives, Danut Andrus, told AFP.

The government, farmers and truck drivers will meet to find the best solutions to the problems encountered, according to a government press release. The losses of Romanian farmers linked to Ukrainian competition were estimated at nearly three billion euros last year.
