Polish intelligence services bugged Mateusz Morawiecki when he was the country's prime minister. The report states that he was tapped using the Israeli program Pegasus.
It is noted that Polish intelligence services also monitored other politicians of the Law and Justice party. In December, it was reported that the new Prime Minister of Poland, Donald Tusk, fired the heads of the country’s five intelligence services on his first day in office. The head of the Material Reserves Agency during the COVID-19 pandemic was also tapped.
