Airbus and Air France acquitted of manslaughter in 2009 crash of Rio-Paris flight. Crash killed 228 people, including 72 French and 58 Brazilian.

Accident is the deadliest in the history of French companies. Air France committed "faulty imprudence", says Air France president Sylvie Daunis. "No definite causal link could be demonstrated with the accident," says Paris Criminal Court. "We were waiting for an impartial judgment, it didn't. We are sickened," says president of AF447 association.
