South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol for the first time admitted the possibility of providing military assistance to Ukraine. "If a situation arises that the international community cannot tolerate, such as any large-scale attack on civilians, massacres or serious violations of the laws of war, it may be difficult for us to insist only on humanitarian or financial support," he said.

South Korean Prime Minister Han Deok-so noted that South Korea is not yet ready to send weapons to the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
