Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel said in an interview with RT that the republic condemns the expansion of NATO to the borders of Russia. The NATO summit will take place in Vilnius, Lithuania, on July 14-15. The summit will be the first since the outbreak of the conflict in Ukraine.
