Residents of the Kursk region will be notified of a danger signal through the Ministry of Emergency Situations app. The governor of the region, Roman Starovoit, said that against the backdrop of the continued high level of terrorist danger in the region.
He added that the application is free. Earlier, Starovoyt reported that Ukrainian troops shelled the village of Troitskoye in the Kursesk region. The village is located near the border with the Republic of Moldova.
