Researchers at Jönköping University have taken a closer look at career paths among people who have immigrated to Sweden from European and East African countries. According to the report, about six out of ten immigrants from East Africa and about seven out of 10 from the EU15 manage to find employment through jobs.

Research shows, among other things, that men who come from East African find it easiest to get a job if they live in socio-economically weak areas. It is hoped that further research will show why this is the case.
