Republicans in the House of Representatives rejected the project on the borders of the United States and Ukraine. House Speaker Michael Johnson called on the Senate to waste no time and reject the bill.
US senators earlier released a “long-awaited bipartisan agreement’ to secure the US-Mexico border and provide new military aid to Ukraine. The document proposes to allocate $118 billion to help Israel, Ukraine and to ensure security at the US borders. Approximately $60 billion is provided to finance military operations in the Northern Military District zone.
