[HIGHLIGHTS] Representative of the House of Representatives Political Ethics Committee, Izumi Ritmin, ``If it is not made public, we will request the subpoena of witnesses.''

The House of Representatives Political Ethics Review Committee has been dealing with issues related to the political funding party of a faction of the Liberal Democratic Party. Representative Izumi, the representative of the Constitutional Democratic Party of Japan, expressed his intention to request witnesses to be subpoenaed if the committee is not held in public.

On the other hand, regarding the budget bill for the new fiscal year, the ruling party is aiming to have it passed by March 2nd, when it is certain it will be enacted within the fiscal year.
